SECTION 8 – TENNIS CAMP–SPECIFIC TERMS

8.1 Minimum Number of Participants

  • Our tennis camps take place with a minimum number of 10 participants.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, WHACK IT! reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
  • In this case, we will offer equivalent alternatives where possible.
  • Alternatively, a free cancellation is possible.

8.2 Photo and Video Recordings

  • During the camp, photos and videos may be taken by WHACK IT! staff or commissioned teams.
  • This material may be used for:
    • Social media
    • Website
    • Catalogs
    • Other publications by WHACK IT! or partner companies
  • Participants may object to being recorded and/or the use of such material on site.

8.3 Publications

  • Tournament winners and camp participants may be featured on the website.
  • An objection can be made at any time to the camp management or the WHACK IT! office.

8.4 Email Marketing

  • By providing an email address, WHACK IT! and partner companies are permitted to use it for marketing purposes.
  • This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
